The ALA: Launch sessions are designed to help ventures articulate, validate, and communicate their value to key programs (like the Andrews Launch Accelerator) and stakeholders (like customers, investors, and others).

The ALA: Launch program spans across 4 total sessions that cover 3 core topics. For more details about each session, see below.
1. Introduction
An introduction to the Andrews Launch Accelerator, the Launch Sessions, and the first core principle: Customer Discovery.
2. Articulate it.
Exploring the often overlooked fundamentals of customer discovery, this session focuses heavily on understanding your customers frustrations, dissatisfactions, and unfulfilled desires and on collecting evidence of these things through unbiased discovery work.
2. Prove it.
Learn about demand testing and experimentation, the methods entrepreneurs use to rapidly validate demand for what they’re working on without spending tons of money and years of time.
4. Share it.
Understanding how to share what we’ve learned in a way that matters to our audience. Exploring the use of quotes and evidence of demand to sell the vision through words- especially helpful for applicants to the Andrews Launch Accelerator or other programs.
